Live Nation takes controlling interest in Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival

Live Nation Entertainment has secured a controlling interest in Tennessee’s Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival.

The partnership with the event’s founders, Superfly and AC Entertainment, also sees Live Nation take a share in the Bonnaroo property Great Stage Park, also known as The Farm.
