Lyor Cohen has named his “content company” 300 and confirmed key details for the venture.
Former Warner Music Group CEO will run 300 with fellow former Warner Music colleagues Todd Moscowitz (ex-Warner Bros president) and Kevin Liles (ex-EVP Warner Music).
The company is getting backing from a range of investors, led by Google, which has put in around $5 million, according to Billboard sources.
