Merlin appoints Ryan McWhinnie as Director, Legal & Business Affairs
Global Rights agency Merlin has appointed Ryan McWhinnie (pictured) as director, legal & business affairs.
McWhinnie will report to Charlie Lexton, Merlin’s head of business affairs & general counsel.
He joins from media and entertainment law firm Harbottle & Lewis LLP, with experience of commercial and corporate practice.
The appointment follows the recent announcement of Merlin’s partnership with Pandora - the internet radio service’s first ever direct label deal.
