Elbow have opened up a narrow lead over Paloma Faith as they look to achieve their first UK No 1 album.
The group’s newly-issued Fiction/Polydyor set The Take Off And Landing Of Everything is presently around 6,500 copies ahead of RCA act Faith’s own brand new release A Perfect Contradiction at this stage of the week, according to the Official Charts Company.
