In the lead-up to yesterday's (October 11) decision, Ministry of Sound (MoS) gathered support for the rejection of specific property development plans near the South London club and offices, attracting over 25,000 signatures on a related petition.
On the council planning committee that finally rejected property developer Oakmayne's application, there were no supporters of the proposal which incorporated a 41-storey residential building.
