Napster bought by Rhapsody

The deal, which is expected to close on November 30, means Rhapsody will get Napster's assets and subscribers, while Best Buy will get a minority stake in Rhapsody.

Rhapsody president Jon Irwin said the deal would "further extend Rhapsody's lead over our competitors in the growing on-demand music market".
