Nick Grimshaw says he'll be 'nice but honest' in X Factor judging role
BBC Radio 1 presenter Nick Grimshaw has revealed what made him want to join The X Factor.
Grimshaw will join the judging panel of the ITV show alongside Simon Cowell, Cheryl Cole and fellow newcomer Rita Ora, with auditions due to start next week.
