Toronto-based ole is turning into a full-service independent music company with the acquisition of Anthem Entertainment Group, the label of Canadian prog rockers Rush as well as Big Wreck, Ian Thornley, Steven Page, The Tea Party, among other artists. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
