Pandora to acquire Ticketfly in $450m deal
Pandora has agreed a $450 million deal to acquire live events technology company Ticketfly.
Ticketfly provides ticketing and marketing software for around 1,200 leading venues and event promoters across North America and the companies say the agreement will enable artists and promoters to sell out more shows.
