Parlophone has snapped up RCA UK senior A&R manager James Roberts to head its own A&R operation in Australia.

Roberts is the latest staff addition at the company under Mark Poston and joins head of creative liason and A&R manager Loretta Bogard and Mark Wilson who will work across A&R or both Parlophone and Atlantic.
