Carter Armstrong has been appointed to the newly created position of SVP, film and television at Peermusic.

Armstrong (pictured) will be based in the company's Los Angeles/Burbank offices and will oversee the entire department of the independent music publisher in the US, as well as also liaising with its 32 worldwide offices. He reports to Kathy Spanberger, Peermusic president and chief operating officer of Peermusic Anglo-American Region.
