PRS For Music Foundation has hired two new members of staff.

Joe Frankland joins PRS from music development agency Generator, based in the north east, where he was artist development manager for five years. As industry fund manager, his new role will include overseeing the Foundation’s Momentum Music Fund, run in partnership with Arts Council England and the International Showcase Fund, which is supported by Arts Council England, British Underground, UKTI and Musicians Union.
