Sony Music appoints EDM Director in Australia
Sony Music has appointed Jon Hanlon to the new position of director, Electronic Dance Music in Australia and New Zealand.
Hanlon will be responsible for EDM repertoire as well as taking on duties for the genre in Asia excluding Japan.
He’ll identify new EDM artists and tracks for both recording and broader right arrangements with Sony Music, according to Billbaord, as well as marketing artists in Australia and Asia.
