Sony Corporation of America, that encompasses Sony Music Entertainment, Sony/ATV Music Publishing and more – has agreed to sell its New York headquarters for $1.1 billion.
Billboard reports that the Madison-located offices have been snapped up by a consortium of investors led by the Chetrit Group.
The sale/leaseback agreement is due to be completed in March, although Sony companies are said to be remaining in the offices for up to three years.
