A contract between independent music publishers and SoundCloud has been leaked.
According to Digital Music News, where the contract can be found in its entirety, it includes advances to publishers that are structured in a similar way to the advances agreed between major labels and Spotify.
The recoup-able advances are around $350,000, and royalties will only be paid once the advances have been recouped.
