Spirit Music Group has signed a North American distribution agreement with Caroline, covering both current and future master recordings owned by Spirit.

The deal is said to allow Spirit to execute an aggressive master recording acquisition strategy by bolstering its infrastructure for distributing, marketing and promoting masters. The agreement will also help the company maximise revenue generated by its existing catalogue of master recordings.
