Spotify hits 15m paying subscribers
Spotify has confirmed that it now has 15 million paying subscribers and 60 million active users.
The streaming service says that the milestones were reached before the close of 2014.
As a rough indicator of how quickly the platform is growing, the last official subscriber count was given in November last year with 12.5 million paying subscribers and 50 million active users.
