The Gloaming win Meteor Choice Music Prize for Irish Album of the Year 2014
The Meteor Choice Music Prize for Irish Album of the Year 2014 has been awarded to The Gloaming for their self-titled album.
The Gloaming received €10,000 in prize money, which was provided by Irish Music Rights Organisation (IMRO) and the Irish Recorded Music Association (IRMA).
Meteor's panel of judges consists of Irish music media professionals. The winning album is selected solely on artistic merit and not on sales or chart position.
