Caroline International, the label services division of Universal Music, has appointed Thomas Lorain to head its French unit.

Reporting to Caroline International managing director Michael Roe and Joint MD and head of music Jim Chancellor, Lorain brings with him experience of both independent and major labels in France and has launched successful pan-European independent distribution networks.
