Ticketmaster announces string of new appointments
Ticketmaster has announced a series of appointments in the US relating to digital media and technology.
The Live Nation-owned firm has hired Jeff Somers, chief product officer, from eBay North America Marketplaces; Kat Frederick, SVP, product strategy, from PriceGrabber; Catherine Martin, VP, communications, from Edelman; and Ismail Elshareef, VP, open platform and innovation, from Edmunds.com.
Somers, Frederick, Martin, and Elshareef join a newly-crafted leadership team to "underscore the company's technology impact and influence".
