Tomorrowland festival announced for US after SFX acquires 75% of ID&T
SFX has acquired a 75% stake in global event brand ID&T - and the pair has announced the first US edition of Tomorrowland, dubbed TomorrowWorld.
The purchase, approximately $97.5m (valuing the company at a total of $130m), supplants the North American-only joint venture which was only announced a month ago.
