UK reclaims spot as No. 3 global music market

The UK is once again the world’s No.3 music market, having overtaken Germany, according to figures from the IFPI.

According to the trade body’s Global Music Report, growth of 0.6% in UK music revenues to a total of $1.354 billion was enough to overtake the German market, which was down 0.3% to $1.310bn and slips to No.4.
