Little more than 18 months after it welcomed EMI into its ranks, Universal Music is acquiring once again.
Universal Music Group (UMG) has today announced that it has bought UK-based Eagle Rock Entertainment, the independent producer and distributor of music programming. The terms have not been disclosed.
