Universal Music acquires Eagle Rock Entertainment

Little more than 18 months after it welcomed EMI into its ranks, Universal Music is acquiring once again.

Universal Music Group (UMG) has today announced that it has bought UK-based Eagle Rock Entertainment, the independent producer and distributor of music programming. The terms have not been disclosed.

Eafgle Rock are specialists inoriginal audio-visual content, such as live concert footage, documentaries and films.
