Universal Music Group has appointed Susan Mazo as senior vice president of global communications, effective immediately.

Mazo’s responsibilities in this new role include special projects, the company’s philanthropic efforts, and major events, as well as media relations.

Mazo was previously senior vice president of communications and marketing at Warner Music Group. During this time Mazo led WMG’s philanthropic work, such as developing community outreach programmes and raising disaster relief funs for partners including Red Cross and Habitat for Humanity. She ...
