Universal reaches deal with Amazon Prime Music

Universal has finally licensed its music to Amazon Prime Music.

Amazon's streaming service - free to its Prime members, who also have access to free next-day delivery and Instant Video - signed deals with Warner and Sony ahead of its US launch in June 2014, but was lacking the third major's catalogue, even after claiming to expand its catalogue by "hundreds of thousands of songs" a month after it began.
