A woman who made more than £23,000 from selling non-existent Glastonbury Festival tickets could face prison after admitting fraud by false representation.

Christine Babb, 34, of East Grinstead, West Sussex, duped 29 victims into paying for tickets that they didn’t receive.

The East Grinstead Courier reports the fraud took place between August 2013 and July 2014, and led to the festival’s founder Michael Eavis issuing a statement advising fans: “Nobody called Christine Babb is either employed by Glastonbury Festival or ...
