The major will release Hannah Montana star Cyrus's album Breakout, which last week debuted at number one on the Billboard 200, across Europe next month. In the UK it will be issued by Polydor on September 1, preceded by the single See You Again on August 25.

The deal, announced by Universal Music Group International executive vice president Max Hole, further strengthens the links between Universal and Disney, which has a broader deal with EMI for Disney releases internationally.
