Marshall has been with Warner since 2003, ,joining when Mushroom, where he had been managing director since 1996, was sold to the major. He joined as MD of what was then East West prior to the record company's name changing to Atlantic Records and enjoyed notable success with The Darkness, before moving across to Warner Bros where he was made managing director in 2004.
