US chart rules keep Jackson off the top

In more than 900 weeks since SoundScan started providing credible sales data to the US industry in 1991, the week's biggest selling album has always been number one on the Top 200.

But this week is an honourable exception, with Black Eyed Peas' The E.N.D. leading the chart on sales of 88,000 copies, but securing only the fourth highest sales of an album in the week.
