MySpace gears up for UK launch of MySpace Music

MySpace UK has appointed new UK PR as it gears up for the British launch of MySpace Music.
Paul Carey and Lisa Agasee (of PCPR) are heading up the UK PR team for MySpace Music, which is set to launch in the next few weeks. Lucid is overseeing media and digital communications.
MySpace Music went live in the US in September 2008, with all of the majors and aggregator The Orchard on board.
It offers MP3 downloads, supported by Amazon MP3, ringtone sales and ad-supported audio streaming.
