Google increases stake in Chinese music company Top100.cn

The search engine giant originally invested in the music site in 2007 as it looked to move into China and compete with Baidu, the country's largest search engine. Baidu has an estimated 64% share of search results in China and was involved in a long-running copyright case with IFPI over deep-linking to unlicensed downloads.
