Part of the Digital Britain Campaign to promote UK-based technology entrepreneurs, IC tomorrow will offer up a £200,000 programme to help start-ups bring innovative digital services to market.
Alongside the four majors, the initiative is being backed by Beggars Group, The Orchard and PRS for Music among others.
They will all participate in judging applications and offer support when they launch fully.
