Licensing doubts surround Amazon Cloud Drive

The offering gives all Amazon customers 5GB of free storage space to host a variety of content types including music. Users can upload existing tracks for streaming playback using the browser-based Amazon Cloud Player as well as though a dedicated Android app.

Users can pay to increase storage space and if they buy an album from Amazon MP3 they are given an extra 20GB of storage for a year for free.
