Rolling Stones WON'T be performing at Olympics gig
Friday, Feb 10th 2012 at 3:02PMIn January, reports of a number of rumoured performers surfaced but these were soon quashed by a Rolling Stones spokeperson.
Today (February 10) a statement from Rolling Stones spokesperson Bernard Doherty was issued following further publications regarding a performance by the band relating to the London Olympics, it read:
''Contrary to a totally inaccurate report in the London Evening Standard today, The Rolling Stones wish to point out that they are not performing at any concerts tied to the 2012 ...
