AEI Music Publishing is a joint venture between AEI Media and New York indie publishing house Verse Music Group, which was founded by producers, songwriters and music publishers Curt Frasca and Sabelle Breer.

The new company will be based at AEI Media's London headquarters and "will have full access to the infrastructure, expertise and resources of Verse Music Group".

According to a statement, the group is currently in negotiation with a number of potential new signings.
