MPAA to allow conditional access to Megaupload user files

Following the January shutdown of the file-sharing site due to violation of copyright law, thousands of the its legitimate users lost access to data on Megaupload servers.

In April cameraman Kyle Goodwin, represented by the Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF), filed a motion asking the court to facilitate the data retrieval.
