The conference, held on Monday May 21 at the De Vere Grand Hotel, was attended by HMV store managers and senior managers from store operations, head office and the distribution centres, as well as representatives from HMV Group. 

Guests invited to the Gala Dinner included representatives from HMV's partners in music, DVD, games, technology and related products, as well as from industry media.
