A2IM collaborates with AIM on indie playlist brand

US indie trade body A2IM is collaborating with the UK's AIM as well as other independent trade associations around the world on the development of a playlist brand to promote indie catalogues on streaming services.

The UK's campaign is being spearheaded by Cooking Vinyl's head of digital Sammy Andrews who previously called for the independent community to join forces on playlists at AIM’s Music Connected conference in April this year.
