Live Nation has completed its acquisition of US based concerts company, C3 Presents.
Rumours of the deal first surfaced in October. Live Nation is said to have bought a 51% stake in C3 Presents for a reported $125 million.
It provides Live Nation "with the world's largest festival platform," according to Michael Rapino, president and chief executive officer of Live Nation Entertainment.
