Us media company Viacom International Media Networks (VIMN) - owner of MTV amongst others - has completed its £450m acquisition of Channel 5 Broadcasting Limited from Northern and Shell Media Group.
The deal, which was announced in May, was closed this morning after receiving unconditional clearance from the European Commission.
