Sarah Gallagher has announced the formation of her new management company, NDA Talent.

Gallagher has spent 17 years working at Modest! Management, the last three of them as managing director.

She will continue working with long-standing client Olly Murs and Five. 

“I’m keen to give all my clients the focus and attention they deserve,” said Sarah Gallagher. “I want to keep the roster relatively small and take a deep dive into everything that impacts their career. I’m especially thrilled to begin this new chapter alongside Olly and Five – two brilliant clients with whom I share a clear vision and passion for their continued success.”

Gallagher began her career managing producers and songwriters at Z Management, followed by a stint at pop production house Xenomania. 

In 2009, she joined Modest! Management, working under Richard Griffiths and Harry Magee, where she managed the careers of Olly Murs and, from 2020, JLS.

“Sarah and I have been working together for 17 years now,” said Olly Murs. “I’ve seen and spoken to her more than my own family! I’m incredibly proud to be part of this journey and excited to see where the future takes us.”

In a statement, Five added: “Not only do NDA Management handle the business side of things with knowledge, skill and professionalism, but they also do it with integrity, sensitivity and meticulous attention to detail.”

As Gallagher launches her new company, music industry stalwarts echoed the sentiments of her artists.

“Sarah has a great understanding of how the live business works best,” said SJM’s Simon Moran.
