UTA’s acquisition of Neil Warnock’s The Agency Group (TAG) in 2015 saw the companies form a shared roster of more than 2,000 artists.

TAG, then the world’s largest independent music agency, was absorbed into UTA’s existing music division, giving the US firm a presence outside of LA and New York for the first time and significantly expanding its music roster.
