Skill up: Labels ask Alexa to create 'deep connection' with fans

Artists and labels are increasingly embracing Alexa Skills voice technology for campaigns as Amazon-powered devices hit the milestone of 100 million sales globally.

Michael Bublé is the latest artist to release an Alexa Skill, which uses a specific phrase to launch content. Bublé Daily, Warner Music UK’s first move into the voice technology, went live in 11 territories on January 14.
