Taylor Swift unveils UK and Irish stadium tour

There’s still no sign of her huge-selling sixth album Reputation on streaming platforms but Taylor Swift has revealed details of big stadium shows next summer.

As Reputation is set for a second week in the Top 10, Swift has announced shows next June at Manchester Etihad Stadium, Dublin Croke Park and Wembley Stadium. She last performed in the UK at the British Summer Time festival in Hyde Park in 2015,

The Reputation Stadium Tour is produced and promoted by Live Nation and SJM Concerts in the UK, MCD in Ireland. Tickets go on-sale to the general public on December 1. Subscribers of TaylorSwift.com will have access to purchase tickets in advance from November 29.

In the US, Ticketmaster has used its Verified Fan scheme for a Taylor Swift Tix incentive scheme. The American tour is promoted by the Messina Touring Group (MTG) and AEG Presents in North America.

Swift’s sixth album has already become the biggest-selling album of the year in the US after one week on sale. But some music industry figures have expressed concern about the streaming blackout.

The UK and Irish dates announced so far are:

Manchester Etihad Stadium (June 8)
Dublin Croke Park (June 15)
London Wembley Stadium Connected by EE (June 22)
