AEG consortium acquires Front Gate Tickets
Live entertainment giant AEG and Outbox Enterprises have formed a JV with C3 Presents to purchase global ticketing firm Front Gate Tickets.
Front Gate provides tickets for events including Coachella Festival, Austin City Limits Festival and Lollapalooza.
C3's former director of ticketing Maura Gibson will now become Front Gate president.
"The Front Gate acquisition is a perfect complement to our AXS Ticketing company," said AEG president of digital, Ticketing and Media Bryan Perez.
