Bandier rallies songwriters in face of 'unprecedented' 100% licensing threat

Sony/ATV boss Martin Bandier has sent a letter to the company's Nashville-based songwriters urging them to attend a National Music Publishers Association meeting tomorrow (Wednesday, September 9) with particular concerns about new proposals currently being considered in Washington as part of the Department of Justice’s ongoing review of the ASCAP and BMI consent decrees.
