BBC Worldwide signs Glastonbury TV deal

BBCW Audio & Music has held the radio rights to broadcast the festival since 1985, licensing performances across 40 territories worldwide in this time. 2010, however, will be the first time that BBCW Music has held the TV rights to the festival.

BBC Worldwide Music head of content development Jon Mansfield says that he hopes to take Glastonbury to its largest ever audience.
