Deezer sells stake to ProSiebenSat.1 Group, takes on German platform AMPYA

Deezer has formed an alliance with ProSiebenSat.1 Group, which will see it sell a stake to the German company and merging with its streaming platform AMPYA.

The ProSiebenSat.1 Group is expanding its activities in the music business. Its independent AMPYA portal, which will merge into Deezer, provides editorial content and news from the music industry.
