Lib Dems to address industry funding crisis

Speaking at this afternoon's UK Music-hosted fringe meeting at the Liberal Democrat party political conference in Liverpool, Don Foster MP said he is aware of the problems of access to finance that the industry is experiencing and that Business Secretary Vince Cable is trying to "ensure the banks are lending again. That applies to the music and creative industries".

Foster also said work to reduce corporation tax - it will shortly be the lowest of any G20 country- will help ...
