After impelling down a path of unsurety, feeling lost and having released 2 albums, folk-punks Jim Lockey and The Solemn Sun decided to call it quits with their previous material and venture in a new musical direction. The band would reinvent and re-establish themselves completely unconstrained and on their own terms. Thus, resulting in the creation of Solemn Sun earlier this year.
